Interview : Harriet Loder (LODERI RACING

1   1)   How did you arrive in the microcosm of horse racing? Have you done studies related to horse racing?

I always enjoyed horses, primarily showjumping, but my uncle is breeding racehorses in Ireland very successfully and he influenced me to become more involved with thoroughbred horse racing.
I did a course in breeding management in Kentucky USA, and then went on to complete the well known Irish National Stud Course.

      2)    Where is currently based Loderi Racing?

Loderi Racing is based in Newmarket, UK.

      3)   What are the different activities of Loderi Racing?

Loderi is breeding Thorougbreds and also retains some for racing. We also run the stud commercially therefore we take mares for boarding.

4    4)    Your silks is currently shining in "quinté " with Haftohaf trained by John Hammond, how many horses does Loderi Racing own? In which countries? At what trainers?

I hope that the horses I have in training have a good chance. And also it's very important that the horses in the sales sell well and to good owners/trainers.
